What is the return policy?
We accept returns for unused and undamaged items within 14 DAYS of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions and be emailed to hello@lureieyewear.com
• The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items include items purchased on final sale or promotional clearance.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.
Processing of orders may take between 1-3 working days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Upon dispatch, they will be delivered within 5 working days.
How much does shipping cost?
Currently, all orders based in Singapore are inclusive of FREE Tracked Shipping provided by Ninja Van.
